All miniatures manufactured and supplied by Warrior are made from a lead alloy and are not toys. They are not suitable for children of any age. All miniatures are supplied unpainted. Sizes & scales quoted for all figures, ships, animals and equipment are approximate. 

HOW TO ORDER

Orders can be placed by phone, fax, post or email. Our Minimum order value is 5 UK pounds. Details for ordering by each of these methods is shown below. Please note that email is not a secure method of communication and when sending a card number we are happy for customers to split the number into two sets of digits and send them in separate messages. We would always suggest that phoning or faxing us are more secure methods of ordering using credit cards.

SHIPPING COST

For all orders below £150.00 in value shipping is calculated at the rates detailled below. Orders of £150.00 and over are shipped free by surface mail to anywhere in the world..

We charge shipping at cost and normally dispatch by UK Royal Mail. We do not charge for packing. FOR UK CUSTOMERS. Orders are ususally dispatched within 5 working days. Please allow a few days extra for Royal Mail delivery. In practise,orders are sent out promptly as soon as possible.

Shipping should be calculated at the standard rates above on all orders where payment is made by cheque or money order (unless you have received a surface mail quote from us for the order). Where a credit card is used for payment the above should only be used as a rough guide to the maximum cost, as shipping will be calculated at dispatch and charged at cost (using standard shipping method unless a surface mail quote has been obtained for the order).

SURFACE MAIL SHIPPING
Outside UK our standard shipping is by airmail, cost can sometimes be reduced by dispatching orders by surface mail - email us with details of your order for a quote including surface mail shipping. NOTE: Due to its very nature, surface mail shipping means that orders are longer in transit.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by debit card, credit card, PayPal or by cheque/money order (Made payable to 'Warrior Miniatures'). Payment by cheque or money order must be in UK pound Sterling and drawn on a UK bank. Personal and business cheques from outside the UK are not accepted. If you wish to pay by PayPal then please contact us and we will send you a PayPal Payment Request.

Overseas customers should note that all credit/debit card orders are charged in UK Pounds and your card issuer will set the exchange rate used to convert to your local currency. Card issuers may also make additional charges for this currency conversion.

DELIVERY

Delivery dates or estimations provided are for guidance only and no guarantee can be given for any order as all miniatures are manufactured to order. We will however try to accommodate all customers needs where practical and you should call us to discuss these if necessary. 

Normal delivery timescales for orders dispatched by airmail or within Europe are 14 - 28 days, dependant on location and order. Orders shipped by surface mail can take up to 8 weeks to reach international destination, including USA, after being dispatched. 

INTERNATIONAL PRICING

All credit/debit card orders are charged in UK Pounds and your card issuer will set the exchange rate used to convert to your local currency. Card issuers may also make additional charges for this currency conversion.
